You have 30 days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. Your items must be in the original packaging. Please contact us prior to sending back your
items so that we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once we receive your items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the items. If your return is approved we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). All return are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective items, etc) You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly this time period include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Secondly, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Thirdly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend a carrier such as U Priority, FedEx, or UPS as it can be traced. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need to return the items, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the return item (s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
